Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. NST Bowen
Bowen uses a series of simple, gentle moves across muscle and connective tissue. It is similar to tuning a stringed instrument, as the moves are performed on muscles, tendons and ligaments, it sends vibrations that balance the body.
